Terms and Conditions for East Cruise Komodo - Tourist Attraction Boat Tour
1. Booking and Reservation:
- 1.1To secure a reservation, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
- 1.2Full payment is due before the commencement of the tour.
- 1.3Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from East Cruise Komodo.
2. Cancellation and Refund Policy:
- 2.1Cancellations made by the customer are subject to the following refund policy: - 30 days or more before the tour: 50% refund - Less than 30 days before the tour: No refund.
- 2.2East Cruise Komodo reserves the right to cancel or alter the tour due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund or rescheduled tour will be offered.
3. Health and Safety:
- 3.1Participants must be in good health and physical condition.
- 3.2East Cruise Komodo reserves the right to deny participation to individuals with health conditions that may endanger themselves or others.
- 3.3Participants are required to follow safety instructions provided by the crew.
4. Itinerary Changes
- 4.1East Cruise Komodo reserves the right to modify the tour itinerary due to weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.
- 4.2Alternative activities or destinations may be substituted for the original itinerary.
5. Conduct and Behavior
- 5.1Participants are expected to behave responsibly and follow the instructions of the crew.
- 5.2Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the tour without refund.
6. Insurance
- 6.1Participants are strongly advised to obtain travel insurance covering cancellations, medical emergencies, and other unforeseen events.
- 6.2East Cruise Komodo is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury during the tour.
7. Environmental Responsibility
- 7.1Participants are required to respect and protect the natural environment and wildlife during the tour.
- 7.2Strict adherence to local conservation guidelines is mandatory.
8. Equipment and Property
- 8.1Participants are responsible for the proper use and care of equipment provided by East Cruise Komodo.
- 8.2Any damage to the boat or equipment caused by the participant must be compensated.
